The Curriculum Isn't Loading...


Are you getting a blank page when you select a curriculum? Have no fear! To resolve this, select the Curriculum Title at the top left of the page and you will be directed to the curriculum overview page.

If you are still unable to view the curriculum please try the steps below:


Hard-Refresh Your Browser:

Windows

  • Hold down the Control (Ctrl) Key and press the browser's Refresh Button

or

  • Hold down the Control Key and press the F5 key

Mac

  • Hold down the Shift Key and press the browser's Refresh Button

or

  • Hold down Command and Shift, and press the ‘R’ key

Clear Cookies and Other Site Data (Google Chrome):

  • Select the 3-dot menu on the top right of the browser window
  • Select "Clear Browsing Data"
  • Make sure the "Cookies and other site data" is checked
  • Select "Clear data"

After clearing the data, navigate back to Kiddom, select a curriculum and enjoy!
